Coaching

For individuals, pairs & teams

Having me as a coach strikes the balance between warm, loving support and honest, provocative feedback. I’ll ask you the questions you haven’t dared to ask yourself, and I’ll be your cheerleader, mirror, thought-partner and resource as you find the answers. You’ll realign to your values, re-invigorate your leadership, and feel more like you while getting kick-ass results.

    My coaching clients are high-performing, deeply feeling leaders who desire personalized support and a truth-telling mirror to learn, unlearn, grow, and take action.

    I push my clients to their growth edge while holding them with love and compassion. Coaching is typically a ~6 month container with bi-weekly sessions and virtual coaching in between.

  • Leadership transitions can catalyze an organization or team into new heights; they can also cause turmoil or challenge.

    If you are a leader who is transitioning into a new leadership role, leader/founder who is handing over the reins to someone else, or a pair or leaders in transition together, then transitional coaching is for you.

    In these 2:1 coaching containers, I support leaders and their successors or predecessors to co-process their relationship, align on a clearly defined shared vision for success, and set each other (and the organization) up for a successful transition—and increased future impact.

  • I support start-up teams in the “forming” stage, teams who want to assess and reset their cultural and relational dynamics, and teams who are working on achieving greater cohesion and alignment. Through a 360 assessment process, we uncover strengths and blockers to set goals as a team, and then address them through a combination of coaching and skill building sessions.

Strategy

Strategy work can be…noisy. Process-y. Full of documents and data and listening sessions that just leave you more or less where you started. I don’t do traditional strategic planning processes, but I DO help leaders and teams clear out the noise, (re) anchor on their values, listen to stakeholders, and focus on what is most important. We craft clear, compelling visions and strategic directions that inspire. 

  • Support to envision where you’re headed, how to get there, and who you need to be to get there. I help leaders and teams craft their strategy and consider how to roll it out for maximum impact.

  • Mission, Vision, and Values are the most critical anchor for organizations to catalyze culture and impact. Through a combination of strategic advising and facilitation, I help teams create - or refresh - their mission, vision, and/OR their values - the foundational architecture that undergirds everything.

My Approach

As a former executive, I know how challenging leadership can be.

Perhaps, despite your achievements and your power, you struggle with comparing yourself to others as a measure of your success. Or your drive to “figure it out” leads to perfectionism or spinning. Maybe you sometimes feel fearful of criticism and respond with defense or fragility, or your desire to learn and grow might often lead you to overcomplicate, doubt your intuition, and mistrust your judgement.

You're not alone in these experiences, and you can build the muscle it takes to respond with courage and conviction.

As a coach, I am one-part thought-partner, one-part accountability buddy, and one-part truth teller.

Together, we’ll clarify your values, define authentic leadership for you and uncover barriers and systems of thinking that hold you back, and hone your unique strengths that will propel you forward. We’ll practice these tools in the context of your day-to-day work, and you’ll emerge a more grounded, confident, connected leader.
