Project Components

  • Through conversations, interviews, and document review, we pinpoint the specific opportunities and challenges of the current moment, and I provide a synthesis of my findings, clarify a set of specific objectives, and recommend a unique path forward.

  • Through workshops, retreats, team meetings, or other group spaces, I create and facilitate a unique experience that meets our unique objectives and also drives learning, clarifies and aligns strategy, and builds team cohesion.

  • Through a collaborative and user-driven process, I may create tools, artifacts, or resources to support client goals.

  • Meeting strategic, cultural, and relationship goals often requires coaching hearts, minds, and skills towards change. Projects often include leadership and tactical coaching for individual leaders, leadership or executive teams, and/or subgroups of leaders that build cohesion, strengthen individual leadership skills, and strengthen relationships.

Bay Ed Fund

The Bay Ed Fund believes that every child in the Bay Area deserves an education that prepares them to thrive. As a new organization working with a diverse group of stakeholders, including funding partners, school district leaders, families, and advocacy groups, it was essential for the Bay Ed Fund to clearly articulate its core values.

Through an in-depth design process and a 1.5 day team retreat, I helped the team to not only identify five authentic, descriptive, and energizing core values, but also to deepen their relationships and sense of community with one another.
