Strong, considered relationship dynamics between leaders have the potential to drive each leader's individual growth, accelerate organizational impact, and set the tone for org culture. Dysfunctional or even “just ok” relationship dynamics can hamper individual growth, stagnate impact, or harm culture.

For relationship coaching to work, there has to be reciprocal commitment and vulnerability. To make sure Tandem Leadership Coaching is a fit, we’ll start with an initial investment in three coaching sessions around a specific topic/objective: one for each leader and one as a pair.
If everyone is excited to continue, we’ll take the next step and co-create a set of goals and I’ll design a customized sequence of coaching sessions and support to address them. You’ll get pre-work before each session, and a thoughtful synthesis with homework afterwards. At the end of the series, we’ll debrief and leave you with a clear path forward. Throughout the process, pairs will become clear-eyed about their strengths, aware of relationship dynamics that help and hinder, enrolled in a shared vision for the next phase of their partnership, and bolstered with tactical plans to make it happen.

To see real change, leaders must invest in at least four 90-min sessions. Tandem Coaching packages start at $5000, depending on the number of sessions needed to reach the objectives.

My Approach
As a former executive, I know how challenging leadership can be.
Perhaps, despite your achievements and your power, you struggle with comparing yourself to others as a measure of your success. Or your drive to “figure it out” leads to perfectionism or spinning. Maybe you sometimes feel fearful of criticism and respond with defense or fragility, or your desire to learn and grow might often lead you to overcomplicate, doubt your intuition, and mistrust your judgement.
